NurseryLive — Placed an order 1 month back and still yet delivered

I had placed an order on 9th April 2021, order number - NLV[protected] and it was supposed to get delivered in the next 15 days but I see till today (3rd Jun) my order is not even shipped.

I had made the full payment online for my order.

I have written multiple times on their customer care emailID and chat window but never got any response from them. I have even written to them on Instagram but there is no response.

This was my first experience with Nuerseryliv and it has been the worst experience ever.

Please do not use this site as they just take money from customers and never reply/ deliver what they commit.

Highly disappointed.
