I had placed 2 orders from nurserylive and since i had very bad experience of first order (received very small size of vase and also order was delayed by more than 3 weeks), I tried cancelling 2 nd order after realising their customer support was really bad. But no where I could cancel the order plus they didn't consider request also over email and I got 4 plants from 2nd order which were of poor quality. This is fake online nursery and received products are much smaller in size compared to shown on website.

Updated by Deena Sawlani Check this email thread, customer support is not even reading emails properly and instead of cancelling order they are mentioning that product will soon be shipped.
