[Resolved] NurseryLive — Poor customer service | |||
I had placed an order on 9th May from their website, but haven't received it yet. When contacted, the customer service representative didn't give me the accurate information, canceled my order and didn't give me any refund. He stopped receiving my phone calls and blocked my number. Tried to contact him from other phone numbers but he hung up. I had a horrible experience. Was this information helpful? | |||

They canceled the order and initiated the refund.
