We placed our order on 11th June 2021, but we are disappointed to know that we can’t even track our own order. On 25th june 2021 we received an email saying our order will be delivered within a week and still no response. Whenever I put my order for tracking it shows “order not found!” And today, i.e 2 July, I received a text that my order has been shipped and gave me the tracking ID, and I tried that ID and again it showed order not found. It’s quite bad impression on a customer, this was my first time shopping here and it was far worse than I have ever expected. Hoping for a quick response.
