Complaint marked as Resolved After the complaint was lodged, I didn't get any response from the company. I tried on their no. but it always remained switched off. Then I went to live chat option where the bot was giving me automated replies. No executive responded even after waiting for long time. Finally I had to threaten them saying I am going to report this to the cyber police and suddenly an executive responded and promised he will do it on priority. I gave him one day timeline, but nothing happened. Again with all the frustration I gave them the final warning. No one responded, but next day I got the tracking no. Of courier through which they have shipped my products. On 16th July I received my order, well packed well preserved and all plants in good shape. I actually wanted to thank them for the condition in which plants arrived, but didn't do so because of all these things I had to go through. I think if a person doesn't follow up so much, they might just let that be. So please be pushy for your hard earned money.
