NurseryLive — Purchased Order not received and not complying to refund request | |
On May 23, 2021 I purchased an order from Nurserylive for the amount of Rs 2797.00 ( I know, pretty big amount). I was convinced with their site that they were a reliable website and had a lot of purchases made by people I know. When I received an email stating that my order would be delayed because of the lockdown, I didn't think much of it as it was understandable. Fast forward to today, my order NLV[protected] still hasn't come through and in the last two weeks when I have tried ( multiple times) to reach them via email or chat to ask them for a refund, there has been no reply. This has been getting concerned and looking through the other complaints, I'm convinced this is pretty much a huge SCAM! I don't care about the plants anymore, I just want my money back and this was the last resort that I have come to. Please give me my money back. Was this information helpful? | |
