Nutrabay — App crashed mid-checkout

I tried ordering Nutrabay Omega-3 through their site. I did not receive an order confirmation. I reached out to the WhatsApp support team for assistance. They recreated my order, applied the promo code, and delivered on time. They were good at their response time, but I feel the Nutrabay app needs some polish, but their customer service is good.
