I have been using Nuturabay for like 8 months.. Never faced any problem as such, but once I got the pack and the scoop was not there. Not sure if my mom misplaced it because she said she just randomly checked it. Still I contacted Nutrabay and it was nice of them that they didn’t keep on arguing. Saw some foam and clumps in bioabsorb whey protein. So, I asked Nutrabay, and they suggested me to blend it with cold water. I did as they said and it worked. It is light on stomach. Also, the quality is good....

I paid through citi debit card and amount also got debited from my account, however the payment status in nutrabay is still showing up as pending payment. citibank confirmed that, the amount is already debited. but no order confirmation from nutrabay.
