I got a damaged box when I received it. I raised this issue, and Nutrabay replaced it. Product inside was safe....

The expiry date on my protein tub was not clear, so I was worried about it. I messaged Nutrabay, and they confirmed it was fresh and safe. They sent me a proper invoice too. Their communication was fast, but I still wish labels are printed more clearly. I had no issue with the product....

Last time when I ordered Nutrabay Pure Creatine Monohydrate Micronized, it took a week to get delivered. But this time I got it in just 2 days....

Saw some foam and clumps in bioabsorb whey protein. So, I asked Nutrabay, and they suggested me to blend it with cold water. I did as they said and it worked. It is light on stomach. Also, the quality is good....

Till the time they have not delivered and not updating the status of delivery.

I order fast and up tablet and pay from Paytm option but amount got deducted and order not confirmed...

I ordered ON whey protein powder (extreme milk chocolate) flavour from nutrabay online site. I paid through citi debit card and amount also got debited from my account, however the payment status in nutrabay is still showing up as pending payment. citibank confirmed that, the amount is already debited. but no order confirmation from nutrabay.

I received a broken seal and cap.
