Nutrabay — Nutrabay app payment deducted but order not created

I used Nutrabay app to buy whey protein and creatine, money was deducted from my UPI but no order showed in my account. I immediately wrote to support and shared my transaction ID and related screenshots. They checked with payment gateway and within three working days they refunded my amount back to my bank.
