I have been using Nuturabay for like 8 months.. Never faced any problem as such, but once I got the pack and the scoop was not there. Not sure if my mom misplaced it because she said she just randomly checked it. Still I contacted Nutrabay and it was nice of them that they didn’t keep on arguing. They accepted it and promised me that they will send one. I got it in 2 days.
