Nutrabay — Wrong product sent but quickly replaced later

I got the wrong supplement in my parcel. I raised a complaint, and Nutrabay accepted the mistake. They arranged a return and sent the correct one soon. Replacement request was taken quickly, but it took extra days. Happy they handled it politely. Service was fine in my experience.
