Nuvoex — Credit of return products

I have ordered five tops in jabong and first I have received four tops. I was not satisfied by the quality of those products and have placed return request. My return was taken by Nuvoex courier service.

The one who came for taking away the products didn't give the return slip to us... And he has reported that only one top was returned...

I want to know that-
When its their duty to produce the return slip to customer, why didn't they give the slip to me ?

And when there are four tops inside the cover...How that stupid has confirmed to jabong that I had returned only one top?
Bcoz of him jabong people are not crediting my refund.
