Pickup not done for item 23293403500
The pickup for item [protected] is not done and the comment is wrongly updated as pickup failed. The pickup representative never came to pickup the product.
Nuvoex has wrongly updated comment on Snapdeal website and it is causing my return request to be cancelled.
Is it legal to comment on someone else's behalf without their consent?
Please look into the matter....

I have ordered five tops in jabong and first I have received four tops. I was not satisfied by the quality of those products and have placed return request. My return was taken by Nuvoex courier service.
The one who came for taking away the products didn't give the return slip to us... And he has reported that only one top was returned...
I want to know that-
When its their duty to produce the return slip...

There was a return order so but still one week over no any single fellow is there from nuvoex, actually on last week I order the return request and on Monday I got a message from snapdeal with a mobile number and later I call that number it was a courier boy he telling that he is on leave so I requested him to give any other number of his office but he telling that no I not having and day of yesterday one courier boy called at night 9:30...
