Nv Technology — nv technology fraud company receiving notice for payment of amount rs.4500 | |||
Received a call from a person on 13th of sep 2019 and asked me to do a job that is 150 video watching for 10 days. I agreed and after registration i came to know that it is fake. So i stopped working and now after 10 days an advocate sent me a notice in my mail. The advocate's name is adv mane b.com. Ll. B. Sai nath plaza, kava rd, majge nagar, Aurangabad, maharashtra 431136. They are asking me to deposit 3000/ + 1500/ - in company's bank account within 1 week. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible as i am worried about this.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Even I'm also facing same problem (26th Sep) now from NV Technology. They repeatedly sending sms now regarding legal notice. Asking for paying money. They are fraud & fake company threatening & cheating many people in our country. I've raised complaint here, waiting for reply. Did you received reply for the complaint ? What are any other steps taken from your side. I had all proof that they sent me mails & other sms. Also, the stamp paper number was same UK 5115 in many other complaints found. Anyway, be courageous, do not pay any single amount to them, actually they cheated us by giving fake work & making fraud agreement.

Do not give replies to the fake legal notice sent by fake advocate associate, only give reply if anyone receive notice from any court, that they cannot do as their itself was not valid. This fact they know very well. But they making people fear by sending fake notices and repeated messages, please don't pay a single amount to nv technology, they are totally fake & fraud. If possible give complaints to your nearest police station or state cyber cell department.
All who have worked for them, be courageous stay strong don't be panic at all.

I also facing same problem. Please anyone guide me how to get ride of them. Please because it is like mental harassment.
Today I received reply from consumercomplaints helpline email id & got a call from lady. I don't know whether it's genuine by your site. Pls confirm me here. Below is the email sent by so called helpline. & call came from Gujarath ( Number is +91 xxxx275972.

This is from the consumer site, I am here to tell you that, I have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or message from their side and by chance if you receive any, you can provide their number to me, I will call to them, alright and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site only then we Company will stop calling you and mailing you
And I did this with the help of our main department, they usually manage the main issues as of yours, company cancel your everything you just resolve your complaint as soon as possible.

This is regarding my complaints @this site, how can they are making fools by doing so. Pls confirm that it's sent by your office, if you genuinely working for innocent consumers interest. Otherwise, I've nothing to talk. There are some other platforms online to put the complaints. www.jagograhakjago.com, they even posting email id's & contact numbers which are mentioned in complaints.
NV Technology, Aurangabad, they might be operating from some where else. As calls are coming from Gujarath, might they were from there. They might be working in an office, skam work is carrying out. These skammers are even well educated, they might have advanced technical knowledge. To put them inside jail is not an easy task. Let us work together for these cheaters, fraud, fake skammers, who were made us fools. Let them realize that we, the common people of our nations were not fools as they thinks. Each & every one who were cheated by any fake & fraud work & companies, should report to nearest police station & cyber cell wing, post complaints these cheaters at maximum available online portals, so that those who ever may be going to fall under their traps in tomorrows may escape from their fake offers.
Also, there is one more company, in my knowledge who cheated me by giving offline excel data work, after completion asking for GST payment, ie; Octopus Management Services, Dimapur, Nagaland. But calls were came from Andraprakash, her name was Stemy. Her phone was switched off now a days. I've not paid these scammers not a single amount. I realized they have cheated me later only, even I've not paid them anything. Why I'm posting here in order to get knowledge for brothers & sisters of my country. Even their websites were not available now. They will start cheating with some other names. So be careful. Do not give your id proofs or any details to strangers who ever give your big offers.
Pls do justice to yourself by standing against these fraud & fake company & people in our country.
I hope real truth will exists in the earth & these devils will end up soon their practices.
