Recently I have recharged 200/- thru their apps, received confirmation receipt but surprisingly balance got nil.i have contacted their customer care number several times but can not reached any time. Again I have to recharge thru my service provider. I hv written to their customer care giving screenshot of their apps, but they never listening to my complaint. I think Nxt digital is not a fare company. Ppl should think twice to get their connection. Was this information helpful? |
