[Resolved]  Nxt Digital — Recharged my cable.. But then also channels disconnected

My pack expired on 30th of march.. Then on 1st of april i recharged my box .. For six days all channels were coming.. But suddenly they are showing error 5.. And when i contacted customer care they said you have not recharged your tv... Then i asked them to check the details properly then they said yes you have done recharge but there is some technical problem and we will resolve it by today within 8hours.. But nothing happened.. Next day in morning again i called again they said i have forward your request your channels will come today.. Then same day evening again i called they said you have not done recharge and then again i said please check then again they said technical problem channels will come today... But then also no response.. Today also when i called them they were saying you cannot recharge online your box bla bla.. In your region it is not supported.. From last 1 year i am doing recharge online through their app only.. And they are saying this... They are just doing fraud... And not resolving problem.. Iam also having the recordings.. And ss of deduction of amount... They also asked me to mail the ss of transaction but then also they did not resolve it.. Please help.. They are wasting my time
