I am a customer of NXT digital services of Mandasa, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh - 532242, the local network in charge (service provider) does not provide service on due time even after the payment. Its happening for us since last few months,

My pack expired on 30th of march.. Then on 1st of april i recharged my box .. For six days all channels were coming.. But suddenly they are showing error 5.. And when i contacted customer care they said you have not recharged your tv... Then i asked them to check the details properly then they said yes you have done recharge but there is some technical problem and we will resolve it by today within 8hours.. But nothing happened.. Next day in morning again i called again they said i have forward your request your channels will come today.. Then same day evening again i called they said you have not done recharge and then again i said please check then again they said technical problem channels will come today... But then also no response.. Today also when i called them they were saying you cannot recharge online your box bla bla.. In your region it is not supported.. From last 1 year i am doing recharge online through their app only.. And they are saying this... They are just doing fraud... And not resolving problem.. Iam also having the recordings.. And ss of deduction of amount... They also asked me to mail the ss of transaction but then also they did not resolve it.. Please help.. They are wasting my time

Sir, When I Insert My Pen Drive In It To Watch A Movie, Then It Says Video Format Not Supported. After That I Tried Some Other Format Like mkv, mp4, 3gp, avi, mpeg etc. but always it shows format not supported. So please give help me.....

Pvr activation required

Recently I have recharged 200/- thru their apps, received confirmation receipt but surprisingly balance got nil.i have contacted their customer care number several times but can not reached any time. Again I have to recharge thru my service provider. I hv written to their customer care giving screenshot of their apps, but they never listening to my complaint. I think Nxt digital is not a fare company. Ppl should think twice to get their connection.

I have not been getting clear reception for the last 4 months, inspite of complaining the local cable operator is not bothered to solve the issue. The manager is horrible and has attitude problem. Kindly solve the problem or refund my money, or else I will go to consumer court and file a complaint.

Our cable operator Mr Firoz Crawford Market CST of nxt cable [protected] is not responding our calls for recharge and providing poor services.

The transmission is very poor in the paid channels such as wb, movies now, hbo etc

I installed NXT digital set up box from local provider in Munirka, Provider name is Sushil#[protected] who provide cable in an around Munirka village near Pahadi park and Sarvodaya school in Munirka South west Delhi-110067.
I have called umpteenth times for a week but never responded to my call.
Buying NXT Set up box is a wastage for me.

Employeeing such an irresponsible person to NXT company to sale product, give service or vice versa is defaming NXT company name and product.

I wasted my Rs. 1000 buying NXT digital set up box is not an issue but frustration being created by such irresponsible provider is something to ponder upon.

Few days ago I was recharged my cable after that I was check tv connection but Chanel is not visible or seen then I am calling to local service provider then he says cable wire is not working properly I will replace it but after 8 days no any take action about this problem so please take necessary action about this problem if not then refund my recharge amount and cable connection amount

Error 16 your pvr needs to be activated

Their is network issue for the past 4 days. Hence we have been following up with the local cable operator (Ramana - [protected]). However the issue is still have not solved.

Concern team to look into it and do the needful.

Sir we are from Proddatur, kadapa dist, Andhra pradesh. We r using nxt digital set top box. We r asking for re activate the box...from one month. But till now he is not activating us. His name is Bhaskar...his mobile numb is [protected]. He is from penna nagar area. And we are also from penna nagar. Pls take action about him. Pls help us. .as soon as possible.
He is suffering us from one month.

Locdaun India and home to Ramayana broadcast DD national is not broadcast for local cable operator

I have made it super easy for the local dealer to install 6 bouquet packs and 6 individual channels in addition to the free channels on my stb.

The dealer has put his own channels and hence majority of channels i wish to view are showing error 5

The local dealer mr leo d'souza from candolim does not respond to calls and has frustrated us with his services.

He also charges his own charges above...

I am from barnala state punjab pin 148101 i am already paid rent of month april in advance but my all channels is blocked by your representative i asked him to pls. Take out your cable from my home and refunds the security of set top box but member again again harrase to me so kindly give my security deposit rs of 1500 to back me and i am not interested in nxt in future because your service provider are is loser and service is zero

While start up, the service personnel, assured of 100% quality and uninterrupted telecast. But, after several reminders, requests made with the service personnel, no use. Respected sir i have purchased cable connection during august 2017 with the payment of security amount rs. 1500/- which was informed refundable. I have paid all the bills time to time and latest payment has been made by me for month of dec. 2018 vide receipt no. 11100. Now i have shifted to another house about 50 meters far from previous house on 21.12.2018 and requested to the representative of my cable operator to shift my connection to my new accommodation. But nothing has been done by them til today even after making more than 50 calls on his mobile no. [protected] and [protected] from 21.12.2108 to till date i. E. 4.1.2019 neither they had made connection nor refund my security amount rs. 1500/-. Now he has diverted his calls to another no. Please make directions to him to make cable connection or refund security amount rs. 1500/- immediately to avoid litigation.

I am a customer of nxt digital cable services, from jammu, jammu and kashmir.
The cable operators in my area are swastik cable network.
It has been continuously 6 days that our set top box has not recieved any signal and we have not seen any channel.
The settop box says error5.
When this error first came, we contacted our cable operator and he said that the connection will come soon in 10 min. But still no signal came.
After that i contacted him more than 50 times but he didn't pick even a single call.
I have three phone numbers ([protected] ; [protected]) of the cable operator but not even a single one is working.

I request u to please look deeply into this matter and if possible, take strict actions against the cable operator.

I am complaining about keshaw and sagar, from mahasamund, i feel that these two boys are switch off the disk cable of our area exactly at 10 p. M. And switch it on at exactly at 6 p. M. Because somebody tells them to do so. This act happened today 27 oct 2018 and also in the past. They intensely do that. This is very wrong please take strict actions against it.

I am a subscriber of nxt digital cable operator a hinduja group company. I obtained my connection after proper payment and documentation. But from last ten days my tv is showing error 7. I have contacted so many times with the operator and customer care (Toll free no [protected]) but they didn't respond well. Two times i lodged complaint with customer care vide complaint id no. 1211146 & 1212782. But till now the issue remained unsolved. My settop box no is [protected].
Kindly arrange to solve the issue.

Hi all

The nxt digital is providing the hd setup box and also hdmi cable are faulty device and also made in china

Due to over power to hd setup box and it has connection of hdmi cable to tv and because of this connection my tv motherboard was spoiled. We had asked the cable operator they are very rude and also irresponsible.

So kindly take action on this cable operator

Dear sir,
I from village kavathesar, dist - kolhapur, am the user of nxt digital cable set top box model ch-1000mg. The cable operator is from hingangaon village tal - hatkanangle, dist - kolhapur.in my set top box the usb is not working and showing error 16. It’s asking for pvr activation. When is asked to cable operator, he is saying it’s company problem.in our district nowhere the usb is working and company has not activated...

We also don't get local channels and when we complained about it, this people. Are saying have to replace wire and. We have to pay 800 rupees for it
