Hello Everyone, This is to just keep you all informed that what is the condition of Nyati flat and how proactive the work is been responded after complaining about it so early, see trail email below was the first email. Also, The Hrd department should know why the society bill is not paid. Please see attached email the picture of house as of now. Tell me if you would live in this condition of house with your family? And he will be taking care of the work, until finish, which did not happen. Due to Mr. Deshpande met with an accident with some leg injury which he communicated us after two or three days. With due respect of his condition I called him after 10 days, still he did not responded to my call. Again, I called him after two days just in case he pick my call to ask him the status of the work”, Fortunately, he picked my call and told me “he is okay and will start the work tomorrow". But later the very next day, and till date I am trying his number he is not picking up my call, not even responding to any of my messages which I am regularly sending check what is the status. I feel he is just ignoring my calls. Also Mr. Deshpande says that he is not paid daily wage by Nyati so he cannot work on daily basis. I guess is this the reason he is not coming or responding the calls?? I am not sure!! Please, do tell me what is the reason behind not responding the calls. We are really agitated with the response NYATI team is giving to us. As a residence of Nyati we have been facing so much of complications (mentioned in below trail email)in the flat but NYATI is not even bother for the same. This seems NYATI only wants to sell the house, with whatever condition or whatever situation, shows money is more important than the health of the person. However, my main concern is that, I am renting my flat to a family with two child on this 15th of the month i.e. 15th Oct 2015 and SEEPAGE has been increased too much that this will impact to the health of children. As water leakage is becoming fungus to the walls of full house. And children accidentally will put their hands on the fungus which may be harmful for them. I have already mentioned this issue previously in my mail (see below) as well but no serious response have been received from NYATI. I have already send pictures of the flat, and if you see the condition is so worst in just four years of construction, and is been increasing. The work is pending for more than a month, no action has been taken since I have written a complaint to you all. I will not pay the society bill now until any action is taken seriously for the same. Furthermore, I am just giving a heads up for the reason why the society bill not been paid by us, is the reason above in the email. There are lot of imperfect commodities used while building the building. Since THE day we have purchased the flat in NYATI ESPLANADEwe have been seeing continuous complication in the society. There are some mentioned below such as: I confront leakage problem in our kitchen below washing basin cabinet. The electricity connection of fan in main hall was connected with the bell. THE BIG problem STP, still not completely solved. Seepage in master bedroom. Now spreading all over the house- near toilets wall; in children room; all over near passage; spreading to dinning room as well. Since 01.08.2015, one month we have been writing complaint about seepage issue but no action has been taken yet. Irresistibly, now I have to write you that if Seepage issues are not going to be solved, there is no point giving the society bill. We have tested all the possible solution to use, but do not know what is the issue inside the wall which you have build it. Kindly, look into this matter because, I have children staying at home and they are getting effected by all the fungus spreading in the house.
