Nyati Elysia Pune is a high rise. They are not providing adequate water, not completed the project, local staff is incompetent, higher officers don't respond. Post possession it is a nightmare. No proper design, dark parking no lights, huge water scarcity created by them, lifts non functional, staff rude and uncooperative.. Unexpected of Nyati. Hope they fix all issues. Poor quality construction, leakages, breakages

    Hi Nyati Team,

    Greetings.

    This is to bring to notice the irresponsible and misleading behaviour of your sales team person who is at Nyati Elan South 2, Wagholi office.

    We went there for booking the flat in G(3/4) building today.

    He mentioned that flat 403 (corner flat) of building G3 is available and we agreed to purchase it.
    We paid Rs.51000 by UPI as he promised to get the registration done by 29th March, 2023.
    We selected the parking and filled the application form as well.
    The moment we were done with the formalities he showed some strange signs and pretended like a no men.

    He said mistakenly he mentioned G3-403 flat and this is already sold. And forced us to purchase G4-403 (internal) flat.

    When we disagreed he mentioned that we don’t have another choice. But we choose to leave.

    This is not the first interaction with him which disappointed me, but similar thing happened on 22nd March, 2023. On the day of Gaudi Pawda (Maharashtra Local Festival) we interacted with him for the first time.
    That day, until the time I was understanding the plan etc he was very much interested to sell a bigger and higher value house. But when I mentioned that I want to go with G4/G3 as per my budget he started behaving badly and was not interested in talking about it.
    He treated us (me and my husband) with an extremely improper manner.

    The very first visit that I made to Nyati was a month ago, when I met with Mr. Pushkar. And honestly on Gaudi Padwa I wanted to
    meet Mr. Pushkar only but couldn’t as it was crowded.
    But today my husband called him in the morning and we went to book.

    But when we turned after seeing the flat, Mr. Pushkar was busy and he mentioned that he has explained Mr. Vaibhav everything.

    So, basically I got my loan sanctioned and went in to book the flat today itself and we started too, but his irresponsible behaviour and over smart attitude ruined everything.

    I am stuck with the payment of Rs.51000 and I want that to be refunded ASAP as this cancellation is not my mistake.

    Please look into this matter and help me with my refund.

    Also, this entire has definitely impacted the reputation of Nyati Group for me.

    I regret to mention that I am highly disappointed with this experience.

      Iam Major AK Singh, recently i got myself registered for Nyati Defence Connect which is a project of 2024, , , but somehow Iam in dilemma because of acute PMC water, sewage issues etc . Similarly TimesNow and Indian express along with Punekar news and few Nyati resident videos available on YouTube addressing the same issue … It would be grateful and kind of you to acknowledge above mentioned facts with testimony to further make up my mind for this project please … regards

      I am residing in Nyati County Pune for last 13 Years, and about 2800 defece officers and families are staying here since 2003.
      There has been no water or sewage problems here. The sources of water are PMC, borewell and tankers, Nyati provides water treatment plant in each society.

      For sewage STP is provided.
      Rather this area is close to all necessities of defence veterans.

      Defence Enclave is a new project and everyone is looking forward to it.

        At the time of Purchasing flat in Nyati Evara, your sales team told us that the road is connected with kad Nagar and we booked that flat because the connectivity. Now bunglow society has blocked that road saying it is private road. Nyati cheated to sell that flats

        Dear ma'am,

        Thank you for reaching out. At the outset, we completely understand the frustration that you are experiencing. Please understand that the road in question is a part of a DP Road, as well as forms a part of the handover to the Corporation by the Society. This particular road has very clearly got a reflection in the N.A. Order that these roads clearly belong to the Corporation, and hence this road was extensively used by the Nyati Evara residents for months together. Only during a certain time was the gate put up, and hence this entire road was blocked without citing any particular reason.

        We are still fighting the cause in the PMC, and through our corporators, wanted to represent the societies as well. Unfortunately, the PMC currently stands dissolved, hence we have little say in the matter. However, we have tried to reach out to the PMC commissioner in this regard, and for the same purpose, the road from Kadnagar Junction till the Caelum School was completely initiated and developed by Nyati Group, and a similar road parallel to the Someshwar society is also being developed and is standing on ground today.

        Here is our humble request to you ma'am. We have already formed the Nyati County Development and Welfare Association, which is a conglomerate of 26 societies, which is initiating action against all the trouble points, led by Nyati Group, and this remains one of our core agendas. Please give us time till the end of July, and we should positively have a solution on the horizon.

          I am the owner of Flat No 1104, A2, MURRAY, NYATI EVARA, Undri Pune . The ownership is still with Nyati Builders in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) records till date. resulting in higher property taxes. I have approached them through mail and telephone since March 22. However, the matter remains unresolved. As ownership is with builder, I am missing on the tax rebate for individual ownership.

          It is for your information that the flat was registered on our name in June 2016 i e well before the commencement of construction. The Index II has been shared with your office several time since March 22. Kindly reconcile.
          Due to this delay in change of the ownership status, I have been unable to claim Property Tax exemption entitled to me being a gallantry award winner.

            Hi
            I registered 2 plots in Nyati Nirwana. Due to the issue at Nyati's end, the plot demarcation was not done and loan was not approved. The first communication regarding this was send in the month of June 2019 to the director Mr.Shroff and he personally assured that the registration would be cancelled and assured that the entire money would be returned to me in full.

            It has been 2 years since I'm chasing Nyati builders...

            Nyati evara , Construction defects

            I purchased a flat in nyati evara on 31st december 2020.Since then till today I have faced many problems regarding the product quality and the poor response from people who attended the problem. All the walls have cracks, sliders, doors every were defect. After taking frequent follow up ONLY from my side few problma were solved and rest either pending or not solved properly.             Transferring of ownership of flat in PMC records

            Address: Pune

            I purchased my flat Everest 803 in Nyati Eternity, Undri Pune on 19th August 2017. Still the ownership is with Nyati Housing in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) resulting in higher property taxes. The transfer fees has been part of the sales deed. Nyati has transferred the ownership to flat owners fro flat pruchased till June 2017. I have been writing to it for last 3 years with no action from it. Every email is replied with false promises...

            not refunding money

            I have booked commercial unit 103 and 104 in Nyati Plaza under Nyati Enthral project.My registration was delayed for more then 3 months despite paying a huge amount of 76 lacs. The director Mr Harish Shroff gave me different dates for registration and kept delaying . Finally after 4 months when i cancelled the booking . He has still not refunded my money. Till today he doesn’t respond to my calls or emails and is not ready to give any confirmation...

            famous for medical kidnapping

            I admitted my father shri b. N. Sharma in nayati medicity hospital mathura due to fever and vomiting.
            They diagnosed and told that this is food poisoning case and need 4-5 hours. But after that they inject more than 200 injections, 2 time blood dialysis, multiple time x-ray, multiple time blood test, 2 time blood transfusion in just 35 hours.

            I've been trying to rent 2 bhk in nyati elan phase 1 for the last 15 days and in spite of having few vacated flats, i am unable to make the booking because of only one person mr. Vaibhav from sales office. His rude behavior towards me as well as towards my father made me submit this complaint. He doesn't reply to calls as well as messages. This has become a person dependent and he is taking advantage of this thing. I've been living in the same society for the last 3 months. Owners of these flats solely dependent on this person only and not the society manager. He doesn't show flats to visit and do not respond. I want some kind of action towards this person.

He has personally volunteered to help tenants search for properties on rent in our societies and ensure that they have a smooth process. After speaking to him and a few owners in the society we got to know that the owners were personally not interested in renting out their flats for their own personal reasons.

I am sure he would understand how difficult it has been to reach him inspite of every possible mode has been tried to reach him... Including whatsapp messages, text messages, calls, messages at their office, sales staff, personal assistants... But everyone has the same reply since months... We are waiting response from harish sir... We have already conveyed message to him...

                We bought a flat in Niyati Eternity IV, Undri Pune in July 2015, it was under construction at that time. We spoke to the owner of the flat that if we can sale the flat before getting the possession. The builder promised us that he would help us selling the property. He also gave us rough idea how much money we going to get in return. Now this is the crazy part, we were just talking about the selling the property. Niyati group sold our flat to some one else without our written or verbal permission. And they are also not paying us the full amount we agreed. The partial amount they paid us was also in bits and peaces. I would request someone to look in to it and help us get out of this situation.

                Dear Sir,

                To begin with, You had invested with us at Nyati Eternity, Phase IV UNDRI as an investor through your relative Mr. Rahul Kumar as the mediator for this transaction. The amount invested by you towards this particular unit was Rs 30 Lakhs whereas the actual cost of the Unit was Rs 55 Lakhs. Along with that a flexible payment plan was given to you for your convenience in payments. However despite repeated followups from the Sales and CRM teams your refused to register the property nor did you make any further payments towards it.
                Post which Mr Rahul Kumar approached the sales team requesting them to re-sell your property and disburse the amount to you. As per your requisition through your mediator The unit was sold and an amount of Rs 28, 48, 036 was refunded to you over 3 transactions in Feb 19, Mar 19 & May 19. The residual amount from your investment (Rs 1, 51, 964) was paid towards government charges which include Service taxes & VAT.

                Hence has on date we do not have any outstanding amount against the said unit.

For example: 1. the money we paid; we paid 33 lakhs we have shared the documents with Akash and Rita both. 2. The final price of the flat was 45 lakhs, not 55 lakhs. We have documents to prove that too. 3. We never received any notification from Niyati group asking to register the flat, we thought the flat was still under construction. 4. We never signed any document to sell the flat.

                I tried every possible way to speak with someone in Niyati Head office, but no one is responding to our calls or text messages. I also sent email to "[protected]@nyatigroup.com".

                I will appreciate if someone from your head office can talk to me and resolve this issue.

                With reference to the above kindly note that the allotment letter had all the necessary information in regards to the necessary processes.The basic cost of the unit was idefined at Rs 45 Lakhs.however with infrastructure charges, stamp duty and registration amounts the total package would have been closer to Rs 55 Lakhs.however we had a verbal confirmation from Mr Rahul Kumar to sell your unit.We at Nyati Group value every relationship and would request you to get in touch with Mr Shroff on a Monday Morning on the landline no.                 I appreciate that you do want to resolve this issue. As you advised, I called the above number at least 30 times since Monday morning. I called in the morning, then after 4pm and then after 6pm as well. But the person who answer the phone always say that Mr Harish Shroff is not available, call later. I also tried to speak with Ms Rita but she is also not answering the phone. It's really frustrating. I request you to please give me an appointment with Mr Harish Shroff or the person who can tell what exactly happened to my unit. I spoke to Rahul Kumar, he mentioned that he was in the conversation with Akash about selling the unit but they never finalized the deal. Just think logically, why would we agree and sell the unit at a loss? On the contrary, we were ready to clear the remaining balance and wanted to get the possession of the flat. I really don't want to drag this conversation here so I request you to please schedule a call with Mr Shroff so that we can close this chapter on a happy note.

                  Hello Sir,
                  Myself Hemalata Shinde living in Kothrud area. I have a 1 BHK flat which is on rent in Srinivas SSKY Cooperative Society in Wagholi area near JSPM college.In the same area there is ongoing project of your company.Three four days back there was an incident where cyclone took place and the piece of plywood from your construction site flown speedily and hit our glasses in balcony area and the glasses of our flat are broken and also the bars which supports the glasses are wrecked out and broken.One of our neighbour from Wagholi told us about this and we thought that if the damage is less we would have paid but as the damage is lot we need your help in this to sort out.We also contacted your employees and they agreed it happened because of the piece of plywood from construction site but according to them this is the natural calamity and they cant help us, and yes it is the natural calamity but this happened because the piece of plywood was not handle correctly and hence it flown away and hit our balcony area.

                    Hello nyati team,
                    First of all this is not a complaint.
                    It's an experience and nyati's first impression.
                    Well i went to nyati elan wagholi project for pre sales inquiry as i am searching for my first home.
                    After entering the sales office i enquired the reception lady for the sales inquiry, and she handed me an enquiry form. I wasn't directed to seat and fill the form or any other communication like be seated as our executive is busy and till then fill this form. (A basic courtesy missing, fine that doesn't matter that much).
                    After filling the form i returned it to her and within 2 to 3mins (As he was literally with another client) we were cordially called by the executive.
                    Till here everything was ok.
                    We expressed our interest in both ready possession and under construction units and inquired few more things like all inclusive package, etc.
                    I do admit he explained all the money criteria real well.
                    Even he explained for a ready possession flat i will have to provide some hard cash as that is an investor flats while that cash value will not be shown in my agreement value which means...? All know...
                    Let that be as they aren't forcing me to take that, right..
                    Now when we were discussing regarding sq ft and floors, your executive didn't show any master plan or floor plan for better understanding and i think as company practice he told me everything will be shared via email, which i too appreciate but during on site discussion he must have hard copies or walkway presentation as per sales models, alas he had nothing or he didn't show us anything. Moreover while i'm writing this it been 24hrs and as expected no email received.
                    Fair enough he may didn't have those, as far as i came to know already a phase is complete, which means, definitely you have sample flat and ready cluster with amenities, ok may be you don't have that too as you have dismantled and handed over to the buyer of that flat and to the society as sometimes that happens.
                    As i have enquired about ready possession flats so definitely you have that ready as already people living in those apartments

                    How will you feel if you go to tanishq and they don't let see the ornaments and make you aware only about the price and about payment modes... Exactly i felt that # neglected.
                    For the sake of argument lets consider your sales executive is experienced enough to understand that we were in two minds whether to go for under construction or ready possession (As we inquired for both) or whether we are not sure to go for nyati at all or he may have figured out that we can't afford such brand. (As i asked if price is negotiable).
                    But seriously speaking this is not expected and appreciated. As i mentioned i am looking for various options and in last few weeks i have been to several builders office and i myself have been involved with this sector for last 8 years and that too with quite a few bigger brands than yours (Mentioned this as your executive told brands don't give offers) but never experienced this at least not in pre sales stage.
                    There is a thin line between pride and arrogance.

                    Sorry for using some inappropriate words. I really felt bad but i would definitely revisit your site as i need a home to buy if it suits my requirement and there i will not live with your executive.
                    Moreover my family is concerned that if pre sales service is like this god knows what will happen post sales.
                    Please change your mindset and attitude.

                      It is a very very abnormal practice of nyati construction employees defecating on the open land near to the nyati elan west-l project. I am an owner in the society. I complained in the society about the same. The nyati should come forward and give enough facilities to the construction employees tenting near nyati elan sales office.

                      Our prime minister is motivating everybody to do their toilet in a closed area. A reputed builder like nyati must do enquire/provide the baisc facility for the construction employees. The defecation of these peoples in an open land near the society will create serious health issues in future and this can't be anymore justifiable. If nyati is not take care of this we collectively go for judiciary help for further help.

                        Hi Nyati Management,

                        This is regarding the Broadband connectivity in Nyati Elan New Phase at JSPM Road, Wagholi, Pune. As per the information we got from Society Manager, you have given monopoly for the Broadband in the new block to 2 Loacal Broadband providers [ 7 Star and ICC ]. You are not allowing any other providers. Now let me go to the issues with this.

                        1. I have moved to this new block on April 28th 2018. SInce day one I have been trying to get a broadband connection. Still I havent even got latest plan details/ connection even after contacting 7 Star numerous times. Many people in society are complaining about the frequent disconnection of their service too.

                        2. The Plan rate of other provider [ ICC ] is unbelievably high. You need to pay 5049 for 1 month Rs for getting a speed between 15 to 30 mbps!.

                        In Nyati Phase 1, there are two broadband providers [ Kpix and tata Docomo ] are giving very good plans like 50 mbps, 100 GB for 999 [ 1 month ] .. 70 mbps 300 GB for 1099 .. These plans are 5 times cheaper than ICC ..

                        But for some strange reason, Nyati management is not allowing these service providers in Phase 2 when they are allowed in Phase 1...And only 7 Star and ICC are allowed in Phase2..Due to this, they are giving extremely costly plans and poorest of poor service.

                        This is clearly a discrimination against the people staying in new block and Nyati Management should immediately revise this decision and allow Good Service providers in society based on the plan rates and service instead of randomly giving monopoly and forcing us to spend 5 times more in a month.

                        Please address this issue asap.

                        Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately its a very generic reply to some specific concern.
                        I am giving below once again the issue with Broadband. Apart from this there are many issues which we are facing in West-1 block. Let me put Broadband issue first.

                        In Nyati Phase-1 [old block ], there are two Service Providers . Kpix and Tatadocomo.
                        These are two examples of their Plan rates .

                        Kpix :

                        50 mbps, 150 GB, Rs 999 - for 1 month
                        70 mbps, 300 GB, Rs 1199 - for 1 month

                        Tatadocomo

                        16 mbps, 100 GB, Rs 999 - 1 month
                        16 mbps, 200 GB, Rs 1099 - 1 month

                        Now in our block [ West-1, new block ] ..you have given permission for two service providers [ ?] . They are 7 Star and ICC. Now have a look at what they are charging [ looting ] in West-1.

                        ICC :

                        15 mbps, unlimited, Rs 2934, - 1 month
                        10 mbps, unlimited, Rs 1899 - 1 month

                        ONLY unlimited plan...No limited plan and You have no choice but pay more than two times than the Phase-1 users !

                        7 STar :

                        16 mbps, 50 GB, Rs 1600 - 1 month
                        16 mbps, 75 GB, Rs 1800 - 1 month
                        16 mbps, 100 GB, Rs 2000 - 1 month

                        Highlights:

                        * Rates are two times more
                        * Not even ready to respond /give new connection even after society manager directly called and instructed. So you can imagine what will happen when approach for issues !.
                        Apart from this daily disconnection complaints raining in our group against them.

                        Now I expect you to answer a SPECIFIC question.

                        When you are giving monopoly for these two providers [ 7 Star and ICC ], by keeping the better Service providers [ Kpix & Tatadocomo who are already serving in PHASE-1 with way cheaper, better and flexible plans, What criteria you applied ? How can you force us to pay 5 times more and deny better service which are already in Phase 1?

                        If you care Nyati residents, no way you will sign a strange agreement with these pathetic providers and force us to spend our hard earned money wasting in this.

                        Please answer why are you not comparing the Plan/Service/Reviews when giving permission ? On what basis you chose these two ? If you check "cost factors", then you simply cannot claim that you care your customers /residents.

                        Please be specific when answering the question : Why are you discriminating the Phase-1 and West-1 residents when giving Broadband license ?

                        I exepct a reply for this and then I will go to other major issues. Please note all residents in West-1 are discussing this together and soon you can see complaints being poured here.

                        With reference to your issue regarding the broadband service, the matter was addressed to the management and the vendor has been informed on the same regarding the price factor and the services, upon which he will make a few amendments and in case he fails to do so it has been informed to him that his services would be replaced and the same was discussed at the last society meeting with the Director as well.
                        The vendor has committed that once he gets a 60-70% occupancy he will propose a more competitive price for the service. And as mentioned earlier once the society is formed, it can reconsider the current vendors and service providers if still unsatisfied by their services.

                          Hi,

                          I am lodging this complaint against nyati builders, pune. I invested in a 3 bhk flat in their property evita situated in lohgaon. At the time of booking in dec 2016, i was assured by the sales person that flat would be ready by jan 2017.
                          Multiple phone calls/messages/emails later, i was finally handled the possession in august 2017, a full eight months after initial promise and 4 months after their manager had confirmed the possession to me in april 2017. Due to this delay, i had to move to a rented apartment at the last moment since i actually believed them when they used to throw possession timelines at me!

                          Now, i have been pursuing them for rent reimburse for apr-july 2017, but there is no update as of now. All i hear is they are looking into it and get back to me, but it is only me who ends up following up, only to be told the same thing.

                          I am originally not from pune and had never heard of nyati before. I was assured by my booking agent and a friend that it is a good developer and this is the reason i saw my home in their project. However, to my dismay, i have had very bad experience with them and i still can't see the end of it.

                          If this gets looked at by anyone from nyati, please contact me and let me know if there is anything that can be done.

                          To add to the agony, I have found that my underground parking slot has been leaking. Also, there is a tile in the flat passage that needs to be replaced since it is hollow from base! I have lodged a written complaint in their complaint register placed at the society premises. Fingers crossed!

                            I booked flat in Nyati Elan Wagholi. After getting negative feedback about the locality and very serious water supply/infrastructure problems, I cancelled my booking and sent formal email on Mar 22. No refund of my booking amount of only 1 lac rupeed (minus service charge of 3%) till now (May 6). Upon enquiry, they say that their Director has gone to Dubai. Is Nyati group in so much cash crunch that they can't afford to pay back 1 lac rupees? I thought it is a professional process dependent company and not a person dependent company. Why are they dependent on Director's presence? I gave money to the company and not its Director. Stay away from cheap builders. Go for premium Builders like Marvel, Panchshil and then see how they treat customers (almost like God).

                            Ths builder processed the full refund of my booking amount. The Director with whom I dealt was away and out of country. Hence the refund was delayed. Now I am happy. This was more of a timing issue which was resolved and I was also in need of money.
