I've been experiencing extremely poor service from Nykaa Fashion. I ordered two quantities of the same product, but the quality and fitting were so disappointing. When I reached out to their customer service, I was informed that, according to their policy, the item is non-returnable, and they couldn't assist me in resolving the issue. I tried speaking with three different individuals from their escalation desk – Vishal, Prakhar, and Varun. Unfortunately, all of them merely claimed to have checked with their team but were unable to offer any solutions. When I asked them who they had consulted within their team, they mentioned that it was an internal matter. Essentially, they didn't escalate the issue or try to find a solution. They seemed uninterested in how they could assist a customer, and I was left on hold for extended periods while receiving no real assistance.I spent an hour trying to find an alternative resolution, but the customer service team failed to fulfill one of the core aspects of their role, which is to provide solutions and service. It's extremely disappointing that a brand like Nykaa would insist that I keep a product of subpar quality and refuse to provide any viable solutions, all in the name of their policy. Essentially, this implies that they are more interested in offloading low-quality products at the customer's expense, rather than genuinely serving their customers and respecting their hard-earned money.
