Harassment by Nykaa fashion. Return Policy is a lie.
My Order was delivered on 10th july. 10th july itself, I have asked for the return as the size was too large for me. Replacement was approved on the same day.
For some reason, (Most likely, as far as i remember seeing in notification, delay from replacement of partner regarding size), the pick up was not scheduled for a long time and i had to call Nykaa Fashion to look into it.
The first pick up message from SHADOWFAX came on 29/7/2024. Inspite of this being so late, and the occasion for which i wanted the dress was long over, i Did not raise any concern.
The pick up scheduled with Shadowfax #R[protected]NYK. The Delivery boy assigned was Mr Khetaram
Now I got the above mentioned message at 12 30 pm. I leave for work at 9 am. It was not possible for me to separately keep the product outside for the pick up. Mr KHETARAM who was the delivery boy ABUSED my husband for calling him up to our house and not giving the product.
I called NYKAA FASHION customer care on 22nd, 25th, 27th, 29th july, as well as on 4th and 5th of august. On 29th july, I have complained against Mr Khetaram also.
But Today, I got a message saying My pick up has been cancelled.
I am Feeling extremely agitated with this kind of response from your end. Its not about the money It just costs around 2000 rupees.
We have such Busy schedules and extremely stressful jobs and we really dont need the added stress from an Online Store. Its the harrassment from Nykaa Fashion and SHADOWFAX which is just not acceptable.

Got refund for wrong item and the item still at my end
I had placed order for 2 shirts. Both were to be returned. One was at rs 3499/ and other at 1495/-. The courier guy from nykaa fashion took away the 3499/- shirt, but initiated refund of 1495/- while this shirt is still with me. I lodged the complaint twice but have got no positive response till date.

Since a week Nykaa Fashion has been giving me false hope and isn't able to solve a simple issue. On 14th of Jan my order was delivered from Nykaa Fashion. I wanted to return the item so on 14th I created the return request. The delivery guy came to pick it up on the 16th and refused since the number was not right and I couldn't get the OTP.
I spoke to Nykaa Fashion they told me on 17th they would do a 3rd attempt and it will get cancelled and once it gets cancelled they would place a new return request but it didn't happen and now every other day the delivery guy comes to my house and refuses to pick it, I feel uncomfortable for them to come to my house like this. Everyday the Nykaa Fashion customer support team tells me to wait 24 hours but it has been 7 days and nothing has been done to help me out. Please solve my issue and don't send delivery guys to my house unnecessarily.
I spoke to Nykaa Fashion they told me on 17th they would do a 3rd attempt and it will get cancelled and once it gets cancelled they would place a new return request but it didn't happen and now every other day the delivery guy comes to my house and refuses to pick it, I feel uncomfortable for them to come to my house like this. Everyday the Nykaa Fashion customer support team tells me to wait 24 hours but it has been 7 days and nothing has been done to help me out. Please solve my issue and don't send delivery guys to my house unnecessarily.

I've been experiencing extremely poor service from Nykaa Fashion. I ordered two quantities of the same product, but the quality and fitting were so disappointing. When I reached out to their customer service, I was informed that, according to their policy, the item is non-returnable, and they couldn't assist me in resolving the issue. I tried speaking with three different individuals from their escalation desk – Vishal, Prakhar, and Varun. Unfortunately, all of them merely claimed to have checked with their team but were unable to offer any solutions. When I asked them who they had consulted within their team, they mentioned that it was an internal matter. Essentially, they didn't escalate the issue or try to find a solution. They seemed uninterested in how they could assist a customer, and I was left on hold for extended periods while receiving no real assistance.I spent an hour trying to find an alternative resolution, but the customer service team failed to fulfill one of the core aspects of their role, which is to provide solutions and service. It's extremely disappointing that a brand like Nykaa would insist that I keep a product of subpar quality and refuse to provide any viable solutions, all in the name of their policy. Essentially, this implies that they are more interested in offloading low-quality products at the customer's expense, rather than genuinely serving their customers and respecting their hard-earned money.

I had applied for a refund of Rs 4536 on 16th of December for a product which wasn’t shipped for more than 20 days. It was written that the refund was initiated and I’ll receive it within 3-4 business days . Well it has been 10 days now and yet no sign of refund. I had applied for a refund on 16th of December of Rs 4536 for a product which was not shipped for more that 20 days. The refund was supposed to be in my account by 2-3 business days as it was mentioned but it’s been 10 days now and no sign of it . I tried contacting Nykaa support a couple of times and all they could say that few more days everytime.

I had ordered a Giordano watch. Nykaa fashion delivered a different model watch from the same brand. I placed the return request the same day with the picture of the wrong product.
After 4 days I got the response that your return request is rejected as you have not sent the picture in the email. I didn't even got a notification to send pictures via email.

Saral Home Carpet Return Pick up

I had ordered Saral home carpet from nykaa fashion on 19th Oct 2022. The product was showing as delivered on app on 25th oct, however i got the delivery 3 days later on 28th Oct. after raising the complaint and the carpet was in bad condition, I immediately raised a return request for the same since this was eligible for return, Its been 1 month now and the product has still not been picked up yet. Everytime the pick up guy comes in 2 wheeler and says he needs 4 wheeler for carpet pick up. I have escalated this several times through chat support and customer support number but everytime the pick up guys gets 2 wheeler including today. I am disgusted and frustrated with this and the refund and amount is 10000+ . Also the supervisor i spoke to by name Swati is avoiding coming on calls. Not sure what to do

Order return got rejected
I ordered a lehenga for which I put up a return request on the same date of delivery. However, I got a message yesterday that the return request is cancelled after multiple follow ups. I didn’t receive anything regarding those follow ups. Thus I contacted nykaa fashion helpline and they mentioned that the order return got rejected because I failed to provide pictures. And they asked me to provide necessary details to return it.
I have attached the necessary details below along with pictures of the product and an invoice

I placed an order with Nykaa fashion NYK[protected]. The product was delivered on 12th Oct 23. I found it poor in quality and not a good fit. So the return was booked on the same day.
Despite of the return being approved the return pickup got cancelled. Booked the return 4times n the return was cancelled 4 consecutive times. After several efforts, the return pick up happened under AWB no. [protected], Delhivery on 16th Oct 22. However, customer support team has no clue of the pick up and hence no refund has been initiated. The AWB mentioned clearly says it's if Nykaa and confirms the product details.

I ordered a suit from nykaa fashion subsection brand Aachho and the delivered product was not appropriate to the one I ordered. After complaining and following up multiple times with nykaa, they are not taking action affirmatively. Pathetic service they are offering. Whenever I call them they say we will pick in 5-10 days. I ordered a belt & a dress from nykaa fashion and was delivered a belt along with an empty box for a dress. Order number NYK[protected]. When the concerned was shared with customer care all I was told was that the weight matched at every checkpoint. Someone please tell their illiterates staff that if one product is missing from the bag in the very first place & the weight is calculated for the other product within bag, its going to be same at every point i.e the weight of just one sent product. They gave no resolution, took my money & delivered no product.

Not Able to Reset my Password Inspite of Multiple Complaints
I have repeatedly tried to reset my password..but after logging in nykka fashion app downloaded twice via apple store..everytime i enter my email and click on forgot password..i get an email to reset my password but then the link is defective..i tried opening the link multiple times.logged in via app some 20 times but everytime i am receiving a defective link in my email and no where and no way to reset my password..i get 10 different customer care agents who say they are solving my problem but how do i narrate my issue everytime to 10 different agents..plz help..this is harassment

I had ordered puma sneakers instead of which i have received sandals and instead of jeans of waist 28 i have received trouser of waist 34 of some other vrand and now they are not even accepting the return request. On raising a cincern they are saying that correct product was dispatched from their end then how is it possible that i have received wrong products.

I had ordered 2 sarees of price 8k, they have given completely different colour saree and very low quality. When I requested for return, they asked for images. I have shared the images 5 times and then no reply at all. Now not responding to my emails and not scheduling pick up for return request. Worst service so far experienced from any website.

I had placed an order for Roohaniyat pink chanderi suit via nykaa fashion app which is worth rupees 2610 but instead of the product shown in the image a local suit was delivered to me that did not even have a brand label stitched with it and tag was just placed inside the item. After raising return request, they put my request on hold and checked with brand. After carrying our the investigation they rejected my return request stating that "brand is denying any error at their end in shipping the product as the weight of the product matched at every scan point"
Weight will obviously match if you place any local suit instead of the one that I had ordered
I am not sure who is at fault nykaa or the brand but wrong product was delivered to me . For 2610 rupees, I have been given a local product which is not even worth 700 rupees and they are not even taking any action on this.
P.S.- This is not my first time when I have ordered online
I want immediate action to be taken on this

I have raised complaint regarding wrong product delivered many times.but they reply as we have checked that right product is delivered.are we mad that we are raising the complaint.and they have denied to check the product delivered to me.my thousands of rupees are wasted.i don't know where to complaint now.

Sends me faulty products, not once but twice. And now has the audacity to not respond to my emails.
My advice to customers is, if you get a faulty product, don't exchange it. Just return and then place a new order.
NEVER EXCHANGE. Because if that turns out to be faulty, and there won't be a return option, well sad luck lol. No amount of emails to *******@nykaafashion will get you anywhere.

I ordered a product(kurta) from NykaaFashion. It was received 23 days later. Because of so much delay, I tried cancelling the order, I wasn’t able to cancel it till I receive the product. When I received the package, it wasn’t even the kurta which I ordered. I requested for return with a category ‘Wrong Product Received’, still my request was declined every time that brand has declined the request.
