I am writing this letter with a complaint regarding your services. Since the past 2 week, the AC in my house has not been working. In the start, I was very pleased with the AC.
However, since the last week, it hasn’t been cooling. I called your customer care to ask someone for help and they assured me they would send someone to fix the problem. After complaint 1 technician has been visited our house and told to us PBC against outdoor has been not working. We take to 4 days for replace new PBC. But many time to chasse your help line we don’t received response.
We want to bring to your notice that I am facing problems in the product. The AC is not working. Since the product is still under warranty, I would either like to get the product repaired or replaced or provide right time for fix the problem.
ONLY 3 WEEKS HAS BEEN PASSED AWAY FOR PURCHASED. IN THIS DURATION AC DOOR NOT WORK VERY POOR QUALITY.
I FUTURE WE CAN’T SUGGEST TO ANY ONE FOR BY O GENERAL AC. Was this information helpful? |
