I had placed online order on 8th March 2016 for 2 units of O3 plus night cream but have received only 1 unit on 11th March 2016. When contacted customer care they told me that they told me that their system is showing only 1 unit. I have mail with me for the ordered placed which clearly shows 2 units of the product and I have also paid for 2 units.
Please help me on this matter.
