They treat employees like # and they will do anything to get their work done, but once they got what they want, employee will realise not worhty place to work. Directors will be friendly in nature till they get their work to be completed. The first company i have ever seen without having a proper hr and hr policy. And finally about pf, i got relieved from the company 2years back and there is a name correction in my pf account. I have visted the company n no of times for the correction but the directors didnt even responded me properly still i haven't receive my pf.
