My trading account have approx 700$.but 5june in automatically deduction approx 300$ for octafx side without confirmation.i had many time try please refund my amount.but 14 days is over.but amount is not Refund in my account.so first how can deduct my amount of without permission.and why my refund amount not giving in my bank account.
Same thing happened to me also, they have deducted 150$ from my account without asking to me and said it will take 7 working days to refund, did you get your amount back?
