Our Customer Support has already tried to explain you how Close By orders (that you seemed to be confused about) are executed.
If you have two orders of opposite directions, namely Sell and Buy, and decide to close one order by the other, you are using one order's Open price to close the other order. That's what happened in your case. Your order was executed according to all the rules, so no refund can be offered.

Yes, . I have deposited on 7th Jun 21 amount debited from my bank, but they are saying the transaction was failed and will come back after confirmation from their payment provider.

We totally understand your frustration but as much as I would like to help you there is nothing else we can do in regards to your inquiry.
The loss of your Sell order is because you used “Close by” option in MetaTrader 4 terminal. This is not a matter of current execution price on the market. Your order was closed by the open price of the opposite Buy order.
As for the open price of this Sell order, please understand that there was a limited amount of available liquidity to execute orders due to the upcoming news release. Also, unfortunately, at the moment in general market is highly affected by current presidential election in France as it is an important economic event. And keep in mind that as we apply market execution all Customers’ orders are executed at the end of our Liquidity Provider. We do not internalize them. Depending on market conditions, available liquidity, trading pattern and volume, your order may be executed at the next best available price.
I understand how inconvenient such situation can be but you should really consider it when you trade using such volume as 5 lots.
As for this position please note that the open price was the best prices available on the market at that moment to fulfill your order with volume 5 lots. The prices in general will not necessary be the one you saw in the terminal when you placed the order.
