Money got deducted from my account and octafx rejecting my deposit in my octafx...after showing and sending all bank statement s and receipt.
So bad customer care service it's hard earned money...please help me to get my money back.

We are sorry that you experienced issues with the deposit. Following your complaint, we found out that the payment was initially declined and our team requested a bank statement from you shortly after. Once we received it, we could process and complete the transaction. Kindly note that we always ask for such documents to ensure that our client’s inquiry is legitimate and forward it to the payment processing company to finalise the transfer.
We’d like to stress that our Finance Department works hard to process all deposits and withdrawals in the minimum time possible. However, on rare occasions, delays and errors may occur. When it happens, we always ask our traders to allow extra time for us to investigate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. We understand how irritating the wait could be, yet some instances require more time than others. Therefore, we may ask our clients to wait a little bit.
We hope that the explanation clarifies the matter and you will give us yet another chance in the future.
