octafx — Deposit issue

On 27 March at 09:11AM, I transferred INR 49500 from my Paytm to the phone pay number which is provided to me by the octafx deposit system.
After successfully fund transfer, funds not reflected in my trading account.
I complaint it to the octafx support mail and chat section too that I have this issue, but all of them saying same thing that we are doing our best since last 18 days. I already shared all payment proofs with them but still they don't give me any updates.
