Octro Teen Patti — I paid the money but then I haven't received any chips.

As I mentioned above, I had purchased chips in teen Patti from one option called gullak of RS.20 but I haven't received any chips yet . I mailed to there email about my problem but there is no solution yet .
I hope you'll immensely support my problem .
