[Resolved]  Off Tech Enterprises — harassment for money

Sir i am from maharashtra recently on quikr i found a data entry and capcha job. I applied for it & next day i got a call from off tech enterprise's. Then they made me fill online form. Asked for my id card for registration and gave me an app named as my capcha. Later they give me an agreement stating that if i don't complete the work in 10 days i will have to pay 9200rs every month as maintenance fees. Now they are harassing me to pay the money. Otherwise they file the court case against me under section 73, 74&ipc420. Please help me...
