I got a call from. This company via quikr, they asked me. For online work of captcha capturing and asked fir my adhar card. Aftr sharing my adhar card i got a confirmation call and some mails too of the confirmation. But after getting thet its not a work but a scam i all of sudden on the first day itself informed the help desk that am not interested in the work and they said its oky no problem. But after few days they started torturing me that a police complaint has been filed against me and all and they still torturing me of the same. Its truly a scam and am a victim of it. Please help me out to get rid of it as soon as possible.

So i updated my cv on quikr and the very nxt day i got a call from a female employee who said she is from *off tech enterprises*. She said her company offers home based jobs with great money. She said i need to fill 10000 captchas within 10 days time with 90 prcnt accuracy for payment else i may not be paid and penalized with 9300 ruppee as maintaince and utility charge. They asked me for my aadhar for registration and gave me a uid and said wrk will start at 6 pm today (05/02/2020).
The next day i searched about the company and found out it to be a scam... I immediately called them toh get off frm wrk but they denied and said i need to pay to them... I asked abt the registration and pan no. Of the company but the denied it all saying its confidential. They talked to me very harshly and the same lady was picking all call either the helpdesk or customers support or legal advisor and when i asked her abt department she refused to speak and put the call up.

After 14 days yesterday i got a call from a guy named priyank sharma saying to be the lawyer of the company talking from aurangabaad session court. Now they are demanding me for money or else they will file a case against me. They sent me pdf of notice frm advocate named minhaz. Please help me as soon as possible. I am a student and i want to get out of this fuss... Please solve my problem.

Later they give me an agreement stating that if i don't complete the work in 10 days i will have to pay 9200rs every month as maintenance fees. Now they are harassing me to pay the money. Otherwise they file the court case against me under section 73, 74&ipc420. Please help me...

My name is rishab this fake company found my no on quicker and the called me and tell all about job they took my details and offerd me job of 30000Rs and in which they deduct 9300 later in first salary...i opend their app i started submiting captcha after 2 days their app stopped working i called them and messaged them but they didnt listen they cheated on me and created fraud...they are doing this with everyone i am a poor person my parents are not well...their advocate sending me messages again and again jo join court i m very sacare...there is not my fault their app was not working...please do something i m just a student if i had money then why did i choose fraud...please save me this off tech company is fraud their advocate is blackmailing me

Earlier they have not told me any terms and condition after that they have send me a acceptance letter via email and in that it has mention that i have to pay 9300 for registration fee and iif i have to fail my work.. And now they are nit responding me.. Please me fir this all

Their app doesn't works and they just try to make money by looting innocent people... Dont tell their terms and conditions beforehand... And switch off their phones when u try to contact them after reading agreement which they send you after doing all the registration... After 10 days they message you regarding court verdict and all... Just arrest such people and put them behind bars

Then in another call a lady said something about an agreement
Then i get an agreement with my name on it.
After reading it i find that she did not mention some basic points:
1. Agreement is for 11months
2. That i have to pay 9300per month to company
After reading it next day i called them to cancel my agreement because you didn't mention the basic points than they are demanding the rs 9300 for its cancellation.
So i said that this is wrong i will not pay you i will camplain against you.

They told me that i can start my work, they gave me an app named "my captcha" they sent me uid and my password for the login. When i'm doing my work it says "your 1st session will start after 6 pm" (I tried opening several times but it didn't worked)
I searched over the internet and saw many complaints against this company. I don't what to do but i'm blocking all the numbers and emails they are contacting me from.
Their are lakhs of such reports of fraud on internet yet these people are operating

Hello my name is zenica barnwal. I got a call from off tech enterprises as i've applied work from home. I'm a student of bhu and i'm 17 years old this person i don't know the name he told me about the job that they'll give me 10000 captchas and i've to do this within 10 days but now when i was 17 and underage they asked me to give my parents id i did so. They told me to make my father say yes on everything they ask upon and my father did so. And now when i agreed to all the terms on behalf of my father i saw that it's stating that i will be liable to pay 9300 if i am not able to do the assigned work. I would do the work but their app doesn't works and keeps on saying 'your 1st session starts after 6 pm'
I'm afraid that they'll take legal action against my father if he doesn't pay the amount. I tried calling on the helpline number but it says it doesn't exist anymore.

My name is abdul shaheel ([protected]@gmail.com). I had a call from a person named deepak on jan 3rd of this year 2020, i received the call and he offered me the job and asked me to say yes to whatever the question asked by the verification committee. He took my driving licence copy to get my details.
The job offered for me was to type captcha, daily 1000, where 900 should be correct and 100 can be errors as well. So i started the work and the time which was giving by them was wrong and task didnt start on the time told by them and i informed deepak but he responded in a negative that he asked me to call helpline number which is always not reachable ([protected]). Later on i was not keeping well for 4 days so i couldn't complete the task.
On 16 jan 2020 i received a call from (+[protected] from this number who was speaking very harsh and he didn't even tell who is the guy calling to me whether he is a employee of the company or any other person, and directly asked me to pay 9300rs, that too, within 15 min orelse he is going file the case. On 17 i got a mail (Advocateassociate.[protected]@gmail.com) to pay the money or else he'll file the case but actually i was framed to get into the trap by deepak and this never told me to pay sum of 9300 if i don't complete the task on 18 i received a mail from another mail account ([protected]@gmail.com) and in this mail i got a pdf which was sent by the advocate named minhaz from gujarat. They don't even give the address of the company or kind of details to me.
Here i didn't even get any kind job offer letter or not even a mail from the company and throughout the 10 days nobody called regarding the work given by them. Later i googled the company name and all what i got is fraud things happening and found in this website.
So im trapped please any one stand up for me to go against this kind of people who trap other. So i want this to stop here and they should not cheat others.

I found a company on quikrr.
That asked me to complete the work in 10 days and i have done the work on time.
The company told me that they will give me result every 2 days and then at the time of result they everytime told me that there is some problem in the internet facility and they were not able to give me proper result.
As a result i was not given the proper information about my work and progress related to it.
Where i came to know that the company is a fraud and after that i have completed my work on time then they are showing that i do not have 90% accuracy but earlier they were not giving me proper information.
And now they are harassing me to pay the money i.e. Rs 9400 and calling me again and again.

They give me an agreement dated on 19 sept.2019 and registration date of working is 25.12.2019. They torture me for paying money in their as not completing their work in 10 days. And they file a case and torture me for paying money in 7 days. Please help me as i am so scared of this case court and all. I request you to help me out as soon as possible.. What i will do now please advice me
