Offerclue.com — Duplicate products sold to me.

I have ordered realme buds Q2 from this website (offerclue.com). Order # 10100. There is a shop who sold me this product name "One Stop Shop" who is their (offerclue.com) vendor. They didn't gave me a bill so that i can't claim warranty on this product and also they gave me a different product i.e realme buds Q. I requested a return but yet there is no response. Also i have tried calling their number which is obviously switched off.
