Very bad experience. Ordered Fireboltt Atom watch and received Wrong model Fireboltt Talk I.e. much cheaper model at same price. Place return request immediately on their Website. The status of return request remains ‘Yet to be Approved’. More than 2-3 weeks gone, no action on the return. Customer care executive doesn’t pick phone on their official numbers. They made me feel helpless in the era of internet....

I have ordered realme buds Q2 from this website (offerclue.com). Order # 10100. There is a shop who sold me this product name "One Stop Shop" who is their (offerclue.com) vendor. They didn't gave me a bill so that i can't claim warranty on this product and also they gave me a different product i.e realme buds Q. I requested a return but yet there is no response. Also i have tried calling their number which is obviously switched off....
