Offerclue.com — Paid but not received Bose QC30

On 10 Aug 2021I had ordered Bose QC 30 ( order# 11423) onhttps://www.offerclue.com and paid in full an amount of Rs 17, 999/- through CC.
Since then I have been trying to track my order on site but it is saying processing even as of today (20 Aug 2021). Contact numbers[protected], [protected] do not connect or come switched off. Mails to them on [protected]@offerclue.com and [protected]@ccavenue.com give standard automated response.
I request that I be refunded the paid amount Rs 17, 999'- Plus Rs 50 for delivery charge immediately.
