We have received delivery of the product.On receiving the product, we tried calling the company on no[protected] for getting trial about the product. But the company has blocked the number and hence the calls are not reachable neither the Whats App messages . However we managed to message from our other number to the company on the same number. The messages are been read, but there is no reply.
After opening the product we found that the mopping material is missing and that the product is not upto- marked as shown in video.
Hence we would like to return the product as the same is within the time period as per company refund policies.
After going to the various complaints lodged by the consumer on this Wed sight, we apprentice that the said company has cheated & defrauded many customers. I think every customer should lodge a police complaint and use social media platform to tarnish the images of such fraudulent company, so that other innocent consumers are not cheated. We paid Rs 5000/- to Blue Dart on delivery. Even Blue Dart is equally responsible to act on there behalf, knowing fully about the said company & its product. The message of Blue Dart clearly states that the order contains the iRobot Vacuum Cleaner.When Blue dart received the parcels from Vendor, do they check the products and then packed the product at there own site is a question which is neede to be reply by the said reputed company. Hence the Vendor as well as the Blue Dart company are laible for the losses to the consumers. Blue dart should furnish the account number of the Vendor r the mode of payment to the vendor, since cash is collected by the Blue Dart. We hope Blue Dart will clarify their stands in the said matter at the earliest in the interest of consumers who apprentice of have been cheated and defrauded. Was this information helpful? |
