[Resolved]  Oh My Deals — Not providing refund

I did a gross mistake by ordering an robot vaccum cleaner through this platform based on the feedback on social media platform but later realised that those were fake profiles.

Immediately within 10 hours, I mailed the only email id I had as contact information [protected]@ohmydeals.in to cancel my order and provide me with a refund.

No replies from their end and terrible customer courtesy experienced by me. Suddenly one liner email pops up saying "your order has been shipped" Again I responded and pleaded, shouted, yelled to cancel my order but all in vain.

Today, I received a message from Shiprocket (a courier service) that they have picked up the order and it will be delivered to me.

Why do they have deliver it to me when I have been sending messages to shoptail and [protected]@ohmydeals.in to cancel my order. I have emailed Shiprocket too to stop the shippment of my order.

Is this all for money? Is this a legitimate way to do a business?

Kindly help me sort this.

Never again will I ever deal with companies located in Gurgaon. I have been robbed by many businesses in that location of India.
