I tried to book a ride on June 30 from OLA. I booked for a bike ride from home to office, the rider was closed to me & he accepted my ride & called me for my location. I confirmed my location on 1st call & disconnected the call. After few mins rider called me again & was kind of blackmailing me on religion stuff to take ride on personal basic as via app they get to much of tax deductions, i declined the offer so he said "thik he phir rickshaw kar lena" & cut the call. After that he send a text to me on OLA app saying - "Lawde ke baal" & canceled the ride.
I made a complaint to OLA about the abusive behavior of rider but OLA closed the ticket without confirming me & when i tried to connect them to know why was my ticket being closed, they said it's internal process we can't inform you!! like WTF!
I even asked them(*OLA Support) twice to share the email id to share the call recording of the rider, but the staff sent an In-App mail in OLA on which i can't attach audio files, both time they send me In-App mail & then closed the Ticket without confirmation!!!
I'm attaching the call recording of the Rider we have, I wasn't rude to him but still the rider crossed he's limits by saying "LAWDE KE BAAL" & OLA support team is not making a proper action towards it.
Please help me to punish the rider with sevier action for mis behaving & using religious blackmailing towards me
