Ola — account blocked despite payment for ride

I took an auto to go from one area to another in hyderabad, and my bill was rs 168. I wished to pay by google pay, so i was guided by the app itself towards the payment. Now, the driver says that he hasn't gotten the money, but the money has been deducted from my account. I am nt able to contact ola, and my account shows pay rs 168 to avail further services... Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest
