This is with response to wrongful billing for my ride.I had booked an ola auto from x school Kalyan to "Y"for which fare shown was 104 rs.I was dropped at that location.Some time later, extra 76 rs is automatically deducted from my Paytm wallet and dropped destination I showing as ambernath.
I spoke to customer care who was impatient and created a ticket for it.Immediately, the query was displayed as resolved.Higher fare coz it's estimated and not actual shown as reason.But that was not even my drop off location.My ola account has also been blocked so I can't raise the same issue again.
You need to look into the ethical conduct of the driver who conned me or the unsympathetic attitude of your customer care or maybe an app error.After raising multiple complaints via email to [protected]@olacabs.com, nodal.[protected]@olacabs.com I m only receiving multiple new ticket numbers with sequential query closed automated responses.It's disheartening to see how we are not protected by authorities and this brazen attitude of block account of whoever complaints is being adopted.It's hampering travelling and the response received from ola is nil.
