Ola — After confirming rides cancelling again and again | |||||
I have booked auto through Ola cabs. First their drivers accept rides. After 10 - 15 minutes they tell to cancel the rides by giving some excuses. Each and every time time same thing gets repeated. Some time without having any ride they deduct money from my account. Then after much struggle by calling there customer care several times I get my money back. When I tell them regarding my problems their representatives will tell same thing every time. Next time also same issues are there. Was this information helpful? | |||||
