Ola — Amount deducted but booking not confirmed

I booked a self-drive vehicle from the ola app.
Details:
Car: Hyundai I20
Location: Forum mall Koramangala
Date and time: 06/05/22 10:18am
Payment reference No:[protected]
Amount: INR 4462.00

As I completed the booking, the amount was deducted from my paytm bank. I have attached a screenshot of the SUCCESSFUL payment details. But the ola app did not display any details of the booking.
CRN number/booking number etc has not been created. This seems like a weird behavior of the OLA app.
The amount has been deducted from my account. It's been two long months and no refund has been received. I am also not getting any valid response from the Ola team.
This seems to be a software issue from Ola which needs to be fixed soon by the respective authorities of the company

I was promised a refund from OLA after posting this complaint. Unfortunately, after a long wait of 8 business days, I have still not received the refund.
Can I please have an update on this?
