Ola Auto Chennai — Need to update OLA app. Cheated by OLA Auto driver

Yesterday[protected] I booked a ola auto around 8:15 PM I got a booking after that the driver called me for the location and the cost I explained him the cost around rupees 161/-. So he requested me he didn’t have the petrol in his auto. He asked just share amount rupees 100 to fill the petrol and he told me he will come definitely. I thought anyway we have a good ola app this app maintains all the records so I didn’t take any screenshot for the auto and auto driver details. He shared a GPay number with me I transferred 100 rupees amount to their GPay number ([protected]). After a few seconds once they received the amount ₹100 suddenly they cut the trip. Then I went to the app and check anyway the app have the cancellation record but its amazing nothing is there. I woundered what the hell this I am not able to track the auto number and their details.

Then I called the police to raise a complaint as I’m cheated they are asking the OLA app definitely have the cancellation record but it’s not there I just gave GPay number ([protected]). So they are tracking those things. ₹100 is not a matter for me but these kind of drivers could do anything you should block that driver, may be in future they will do anything to the customer. Please update the software then only we can identify such kind of driver. We can able to travel without fear.

My question is if I am cancelling the trip or the driver cancel the trip why this is not showing in the app, you are the big corporate company why you are not maintaining those records.

I already booked the cab they cancelled that one without any information nothing is visible in the app so please update the OLA app. Another thing nowadays OLA auto drivers or not speaking good and they are asking where are you going, how much cost. They are asking extra money. If we are not agree the condition they change the auto or cancel the trip. If we are ok with their condition then only they will come.
So I’m not interested to go OLA auto anymore instead of that I can use Uber or any other local autos. Daily you are losing ennumber number of customer because these kind of drivers. This is very frustrating.
