Ola Cab — Driver denied his duties

Please refer my booking no. Crn 27840883, booked from jaipur airport to ganesh nagar extension, near kardhani, kalwar road, jaipur on 19.06.2016 at 2:15 pm. After booking, a call has been received from cab driver mr. Shiv ram meena (Mobile no. Is. [protected]) to attend the booking shortly. After 5 minutes, mr. Shiv ram further call me and informed that he can not attend the booking as his car is not starting at the moment. Thereafter a message has been received from m/s ola that "crn[protected] had to be cancelled due to non response from you".

In this regard i would like to inform you that i have not cancelled the booking / reservation, it is your cab taxi driver who had cancelled the booking.

In view of the above, i would like to inform you that i travel through private run car operator on demand of rs. 750/- after waiting for long in this hot day which i sorry to say that i do not thing before calling your services.

So, you are requested, to please check whether mr. Shiv ram meena intentionally ignore my booking or he is not devoted to his services at that time.

Please do needful in the matter.
