Ola Cab — Drivers are unwilling to take cab request

Ola cab drivers are not responding to booking details whereas they are available at the booking station. at night 9 pm i had booked cab having the below details: car no: wb04b8541, driver no: [protected], driver name: rajendra kr. das. he himself cut the ph when i called him and cancelled my booking. they are using ola name but doing their own business. this kind of strategy should be prohibited asap.
