Ola Cab — I missed my phone in OLA and did not get back | |||||
I booked an OLA cab on 15th April, 2016 from whitefield to Yemluru. I was sitting in the back seat and asked the driver if he has charger. My mobile battery was low. He allowed me to charge the mobile. As the charger length of less, I put the mobile on front seat. While leaving the cab I missed to collect my mobile and the cab left the place. After 10 mins I called OLA customer care and took the drivers mobile number. I called the cab driver 4-5 times but he did not receive the call. Then I called from another number. He received the call and told me to come back. After calling so many times again he told to ld that there is too many traffic and he did not know about any mobile. I told him to return the phone and offered him money if he wants. But he denied. I constantly called him many times but he did not pick the call. He told that many people had boarded the cab after that and might have taken the mobile. But I am surprised how a person can take the mobile from front seat which was put in charge. I had really very horrible experience with that ride. Cab Number- ka 02 af 6521 I searched on internet about the issue and found that many people had same problem especially in the bangalore. I think they should train the drivers about this as people may be in hurry many a times. They should have a check on their app(like mandatory crn) for clearance of customer belongings from cab.
