I had booked ola cab (mini) on 15 jul 15 to pick me up from my residence at 0445 hrs on 17 jul 15 to enable me to catch train from nasik road rly stn. My booking was confirmed by ola and a SMS to that effect was sent to me and reference no CRN[protected] was given. With due respect I beg to report that I was not given the cab. I suffered a lot and even I could not catch the train.
Please do something against the cab
