Ola Cabs — 3x charge? Ridiculous | |||||
Hi, I'm Vaishak from Hyderabad. I booked an Ola cab today starting 7:45 pm today, Invoice[protected] and there was a 3x charge which estimated to 861 for a mere distance of 19 km. I frequently book the cab from my house to Hitec city and I end up paying 280-300 bucks. Today I was in a hurry and the app on windows platform doesn't confirm the 3x charge. When I got the bill, I was shocked. Besides, I saw that even time was calculated. It took 45 minutes to reach and extra 45 rupees were added to the total bill. This is really frustrating.
