I booked ola cab on 09/1102015 at around 05:30 PM for travel from nanganallur to chennai central station in chennai, driver of the cab was very rude and misbehaved, he has got boot of the car filled with his personal stuff and kept my luggage in front seat and asked extra RS 100/- for my luggage and on my denial of paying extra RS 100/- without bill he replied that he will make me to miss my train if I am not going to pay him rs100/- extra.
