We booked ola cabs today afternoon and driver said he will not be able to come near my home and he said to cancel the booking and re book and similarly we booked other cab and the driver who dropped said you need to pay cancellation charges also, when the mistake is not mine why i should pay and customer care people are not receiving my phone.
