Ola Cabs — Additional toll charges added in the invoices------total 17 invoices | |||
Hi, This is sukanaya singh... frequent user of ola cabs.. last month i took ride nearly for a complete month to and fro ... once i was going through the invoice ..i got to know that additional toll fare charges were added in my bill ...without even crossign the toll... i called customer care almost 6 times and spent lot of money connecting with them and explaining them... even I have mailed twice at [protected]@ola.com...i never got any reply... and believe me...every time i cal your customer support that make sure that they will do the needful...and reimburse the money...but such has never happend till now... Today again I called and the lady says...you will get the response within 2hrs...and am still waiting... this is very ridicuolous and unprofessional... i literally spent 40 minutes talking to support team...and explained the issue, ...none action has been taken till now... PFA screenshot for your reference...similarly another 16 invoices contains such additional extra money. I want my money to be reimbursed.
